These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GPS Leadership Solutions LLC website, client portal, and services, including our SMS/text message program described below.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: GPS Leadership Solutions Coaching Reminders.

Program description: When you opt in, GPS Leadership Solutions LLC will send you recurring SMS/text messages related to your coaching engagement. These include weekly check-in reminders, milestone reminders, and related account notifications. This is a transactional, account-related program, not a marketing program.

How to opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box inside the GPS Leadership client portal. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your coaching activity.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to all messages. GPS Leadership Solutions does not charge for the messages themselves.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.

For help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at team@gpsleadership.org.

Supported carriers & liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

Privacy: Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
